Watch What Happened When James Corden Sent His Parents To The Grammys For Their Anniversary

The best way to celebrate 45 years.

Just as Lady Gaga gave her mom and dad a shout-out during her Super Bowl halftime performance earlier this month, James Corden made sure to include his own parents in his experience hosting the Grammys last weekend. It just so happened to be their 45th wedding anniversary, so James gave them a full day hanging out with celebrities both backstage and on the red carpet.

It's no surprise that the Cordens are just as charming as their son, and they quickly work their magic on stars such as Keith Urban, who serenades the couple on his guitar while they slow dance. They also have some fun with Metallica, Morris Day and The Time, and Anderson .Paak.

Mr. Corden even has a chance to show off some musical talent of his own, as he plays saxophone for John Legend during an impromptu performance of his song "All of Me."

All the while, James passes by periodically in the background looking proud.

Later on, the couple gets dressed up to act as red carpet correspondents, asking the stars what they're wearing and receiving more than a few kisses from their interview subjects. Once they're inside, you may remember the bit they did during Sunday's broadcast — involving cameos from Heidi Klum and Nick Jonas. If not, you can experience it for the first time here. Be prepared to smile.
