Gwen Stefani Got Thousands Of Fans To Sing 'Happy Birthday' For Her Son

Obviously there was also cake.

Last month, Gwen Stefani brought a bullied young fan on stage with her during a concert. This week, she gave the spotlight to another very special kid — her own son Zuma Rossdale.

Zuma is turning 8 years old this Sunday, so his mom took a moment to give him an unforgettable birthday surprise at her Tuesday night concert in Austin, Texas. That surprise involved getting thousands of fans in the audience to sing "Happy Birthday" for him.

"Don't leave! Please, just stay for one second. There's a very special thing about to happen right here," the star told the crowd at the close of the show.

Gwen brought Zuma out on stage, along with his 10-year-old brother Kingston, who was carrying a cake. Her youngest son, 2-year-old Apollo, was also there. As the candles were lit, the audience serenaded Zuma, who couldn't help but smile. The sweet moment was caught on video by a fan.

As if having an entire stadium of people wish him happy birthday weren't cool enough, Zuma is also getting a behind-the-scenes look at the workings of a concert tour. Gwen has brought all three of her kids on the road with her. She told the audience that Zuma has been helping backstage with quick-change.
