Soon, The Walls Of This School Will Be Gone, But The Work Of 100 Graffiti Artists Won’t Be Forgotten

Absolutely beautiful.

What happens when you invite 100 graffiti artists to paint an empty Paris dormitory?

As part of the Rehab 2 festival in Paris, graffiti artists took to a schoolhouse to paint it before major renovations take place, eliminating the artwork from the school's walls. Among the artists were Bur, 22-year-old Chufy, and Max 132, among many others.

The artists had three weeks to finish their works before opening up the space for public viewing, Bored Panda reports. The resulting works — of all different subjects, colors, and styles — fill the hallways, floors, and ceilings in a spectacular display that proves the endless possibilities of one's creativity.

In a post uploaded to Facebook, Jonk Photography shares more than 100 photos from the festival so that the work may live on. The pictures display everything from painted characters lining the halls to staircases painted like tunnels.
