It's been an amazing year for 12-year-old Grace VanderWaal. She became an instant fan favorite on America's Got Talent over the summer, with judge Simon Cowell declaring her "the next Taylor Swift" after her audition. Her unique singing voice, impressive ukulele skills, and honest original lyrics motivated viewers to vote her the season 11 winner.

That was back in September. Since then, Grace's star has continued to rise. She received congratulatory flowers from Taylor Swift herself and performed at halftime for a Knicks game. Not to mention her headline show in Las Vegas and $1 million winner's prize!

Grace tracks this incredible journey in a new video announcing her upcoming EP Perfectly Imperfect, available everywhere December 2 (pre-order November 18). The video features her original audition song "I Don't Know My Name" and includes footage of Grace before and after her win, along with a voiceover in which she reflects on her experience.

"I really am just so grateful. I want to say thank you to everyone who watched me on America's Got Talent," she says. "Truly, in all sincerity, I would never be releasing my first short album without every single one of you."
