The 12-year-old singer, who captured the hearts of millions this summer with her original songs, was crowned the winner of America's Got Talent on Wednesday night's results show. Second place went to Austrian mentalist duo The Clairvoyants.

When host Nick Cannon announced Grace as the winner, she immediately broke down in tears. When asked if they were tears of joy, she replied, "Yes, of course!" Judge Howie Mandel, who pushed the Golden Buzzer for her at her audition, ran on stage to congratulate her. "You are a shooting star," he told her.

Later, Grace shared her gratitude on Twitter, saying it was "the greatest night of my life" and including the hashtag #MiraclesDoHappen, a reference to her audition, when she said about her chance of winning, "Miracles can happen."

In Tuesday night's live finals, Grace performed one more original song, this time about overcoming bullies.

Her prizes for winning the top spot include $1 million and a headline show in Las Vegas. So if you're a fan of Grace and want to see her live, get ready to book your tickets.
