Flying Push-Up Is The Workout We Never Want To Do

Do you think push-ups are hard? How about a "flying push-up"?

In a mind-blowing video that resurfaced on YouTube this week, athlete Ahmed Valentino Kerigo is seen breaking what calls the world record for height on a flying push-up: 1.36 meters. 

Yes, that means Kerigo was launching himself up from a push-up position and landing  with his hands and feet 1.36 meters, or about four and a half feet, higher.

Despite the early failure, Kerigo didn't give up. After 11 attempts, he finally nailed it. Check out the world record-breaking push-up below:
