Facebook's Year In Review Video Is An Emotional Rollercoaster

Wow.

December may not even be halfway over with yet, but you've probably already been noticing lots of "best of" and "top 10" in 2015 lists. Many media outlets and social networks have been releasing their 2015 retrospectives, but it's Facebook's that's really giving us all the feels

They created an emotional video that reminds us all of the events that flooded our newsfeeds. The video highlights, uplifting moments that inspired us to be better, major news events and popular trends in 2015, and hilarious videos we watched over and over. More importantly, it reminds us of the devastating moments of 2015 that brought us together in support.

In addition to a heartfelt video, Facebook did some digging and analyzed the top 10 global topics people talked about on the platform this year. 

"Year in Review top 10 lists were measured by how frequently a topic was mentioned in Facebook posts made between January 1 and December 1, 2015," Facebook representatives wrote in a press release. "To put this list together, Facebook posts were analyzed in an aggregated, anonymized way, and then ranked to create a snapshot of the year on Facebook."

Here are the top 10 topics most talked about on Facebook this year:

2. November 13 Attacks in Paris

3. Syrian Civil War and Refugee Crisis

4. Nepal Earthquakes

5. Greek Debt Crisis

6. Marriage Equality

7. Fight Against ISIS

8. Charlie Hebdo Attack

9. Baltimore Protests

10. Charleston Shooting and Flag Debate
