Ellen Enlists Some Famous Faces For Her All-Female 'Magic Mike' Reboot

Call her "Magic Michelle."

Ellen DeGeneres is gearing up for next week's season premiere of her talk show, and to get us properly excited for all the fun, she shared a sneak peek at one of the hilarious sketches she has in store.

Channing Tatum is a guest on next Tuesday's show to promote Magic Mike Live, the upcoming Las Vegas show based on his well-known movies. Since so many beloved classics are getting all-female reboots these days, from Ghostbusters to Ocean's Eleven, Ellen figured why not do it with Magic Mike, too?

Hollywood certainly isn't lacking in female stripteases, but we don't think we've ever seen the trope executed quite like it is here. Ellen's version of the story, titled Magic Michelle, stars some pretty famous faces, including Channing's own wife Jenna Dewan Tatum. Considering Channing was just announced to star in a gender-swapped Splash remake, it's really only fair that his other half gets in on the trend, too.

But Jenna's not the only star attached to Ellen's new project. Let's take a closer look at the cast.

Olivia Munn is Honeydew, a clumsy cocktail waitress.

Jenna Dewan Tatum is Peppermint, a scholar.

Chrissy Teigen is Linda Peterson, who's just trying her best.

And of course Ellen herself is Magic Michelle.

There's also a cameo from Oprah Winfrey, but something seems a little off about her.
