Many Disney princess fans have wondered what happens after "happily ever after."

Recently, one artist turned those fairy tales endings into new beginnings.

In a series of drawings, Kristen Keller Reeves, a freelance artist and work-from-home mom, reimagined Rapunzel, Ariel, Jasmine, and Belle as mothers.

Combining pencil sketches and Photoshop coloring, these pieces show how a royal bundle of joy can make "happily ever after" even happier.

At last, Rapunzel "sees the light" — shining from her daughter's big, brown eyes.

Like any mom, Ariel would give just about anything to be a part of her daughter Melody's world.

For Jasmine, motherhood's a "whole new world" now that her son is in it.

It's a tale as old as time: putting a baby to sleep can be a beastly task, but Belle knows there's no greater beauty.

Reeves sells prints of these drawings, and others featuring famous women and female pop culture characters in her Etsy shop

Those who have yet to see their favorite Disney princess get mom-ified are still in luck. According to her Instagram, Reeves plans on drawing another series of four princess moms soon.
