Demi Lovato has released her new video for "Stone Cold" off her album "Confident."

In the video, we find our heroine full of heartbreak and turmoil in the literal stone-cold freezing temperatures of the wintery snow.

In the song, she sings about a former love, who has moved on to somebody else.

While it's difficult and bitter, she tries her best to understand why her love has moved on. She even tries to feel happy, as much as it may literally feel like death to her.

She sings, "I was your amber / But now she's your shade of gold / If happy is her, I'm happy for you."

We can definitely understand how this can make her feel like she's wandering through an icy wilderness.

Take that, Leo and Alejandro!
