If you ever feel like your dog is acting up because you played fetch with a four-legged stranger at the park or throws a temper tantrum every time you hug your significant other, don't be surprised — pet jealousy is a thing, researchers say.
However, this pushy dachshund takes it to a whole new level.
When St. Paul, Minn.-based couple Megan Determan and Chris Kluthe got engaged, they decided to preserve the joyous occasion in pictures. So they called up local photographer Karin and Dan Berdal of DnK Photography and set up a photo shoot.
'For a lot of people, pets are family so it's only natural to include them in engagement photos,' the Berdals wrote in their blog.
Little did they know including Louie would turn the entire engagement photo shoot upside down!
'Megan and Chris mentioned that Louie enjoyed playing in the leaves, but I wasn't quite ready for HOW MUCH!' Karin wrote.
Louie immediately took the lead, completely shunning his owner and her fiancé away from the frame.
Excuse you, Megan and Chris. It's Louie's time to shine!
'When we looked at the pictures together we all thought it was hysterical,' photographer Karin Berdal told A Plus.
Oh, just look at that smirk! He knows what he did. And he regrets nothing.
Good thing that after all the fun in the leaves, Louie agreed to share the spotlight with the happy couple.
