If your doctor is anything like most, you probably don't see him or her for very long during each visit. In fact, new doctors only spend an average of eight minutes with each of their patients. That gives the patient little time to learn about the doctors who hold our health — and sometimes our lives — in their hands.
And, yet, we trust them to do their best to help us.
