He Wants To Be A Comedian, But There's Something About Him That Makes His Dreams Seem Particularly Impractical

Kind of funny though.

Drew Lynch has a stutter.

He developed it after a softball injury led to a concussion and, as if his life wasn't difficult enough, he has chosen to pursue a career in which crisp, clear speech is almost mandatory:

Stand up comedy.

It hasn't been easy and he definitely wouldn't be able to do it without the love and support of his girlfriend, who took on three jobs so he could pursue his seemingly impractical dream.

After he finished telling the "America's Got Talent" judges just how grateful he is for his girlfriend's love, he dove into a very funny schtick about how he thinks people should use his voice as the voice of their GPS.

By the time he finally spit out the directions he'd end up telling them to make a U-Turn.

He definitely impressed the judges. But Howie Mandel was particularly moved.

"You've looked for the light at the end of the darkness and that light is your comedy," he said.

And so he did something major:

He hit the “golden buzzer” which sends our friend directly to Radio City Music Hall for the final live show.

We can't wait to see what Lynch has in store. But in the meantime, feel free to let him inspire you.
