Women Undergoing Breast Cancer Treatment Unite Under A Quirky Hashtag To Get Into The Holiday Spirit

It might be difficult to get into the holiday spirit when you have chemo sessions to attend. But these funky women found a way.

A bunch of Younger Breast Cancer Network community members started the quirky Twitter hashtag #christmaschemobrow.

Brave women who are undergoing cancer treatment posted pictures of themselves to the hashtag with their browlines decorated by festive ornaments.

"Going through chemo and other cancer treatment is hard [...] maintaining a sense of humour and finding ways to laugh are so important," group member Sarah Perry told BuzzFeed News.

Christmas Chemobrow serves as a welcome distraction from all the stress cancer patients undergoing treatment experience.

The Younger Breast Cancer Network helps breast cancer patients who are under the age of 45 and reside in the UK and Ireland. Follow YBCN_UK on Facebook and Twitter to find out more.
