Celine Dion is known for her emotional ballads, from "My Heart Will Go On" to her new song "Recovering" about her grief over the deaths of her husband and brother. But her talent for tugging at our heartstrings doesn't mean she can't also make us laugh.
We already got a kick out of her musical impressions with Jimmy Fallon, and this week she's on The Ellen DeGeneres Show lending her iconic voice to some unexpected tunes. Ellen shows Celine the lyrics of songs like Nelly's "Hot in Herre" and Britney Spears' "Work Bitch," and asks her to sing them however she wants.
Leave it to Celine Dion to turn "Shots" by LMFAO into a tender tearjerker. And can we please get her soulful version of Missy Elliott's "Work It" as an official single?

The singer also spoke to Ellen about the loss of her husband René Angélil. She said she is grateful for her three children, and "to feel confident and to have experience enough and to keep going."
"I'm well because he's not suffering anymore," she said. "Because the hardest thing is not to lose somebody you love but to see them suffer."
