Rather than go through their regular workout routines for the day, four women decided to take the FBI Fitness Test to see if they could earn a passing score.
The workout, shot in a video for BuzzFeed, consists of four events: sit-ups to be done in one minute, a 300-meter dash, push-ups to be done without stopping, and a 1.5-mile run.
The women are given points depending on their numbers from each event. For example, if the women do 37-40 sit-ups in one minute, they get two points. Zero to 29 sit-ups deducts points from your score.
Participants must reach a cumulative score of 12 points in order to pass the test.
Time to work out.
And like the total badass women that they are, each participant works up to pass the test, some even reaching as high as 23 total points.
"Now that I've passed this I kind of feel unstoppable," one woman says at the end of the video. "I feel like I should be in a James Bond movie or something."
