When It Comes To Food, This Video Will Make You Change Your Habits

Ready for a change?

The last place you'd expect to find sugar is in your bread or your ketchup. But it's there.

In an eye-opening BuzzFeed video that has echoed the sentiments of many food experts, the frightening and unsuspecting places you can find sugar are explored. As the World Health Organization warns, you should not consume more than 25 grams of sugar per day.

And as BuzzFeed reveals, that amounts to about two-thirds of a Coke can, 10 slices of whole wheat bread, and less than four tablespoons of barbeque sauce. That's just the beginning.
