For the 8 million adults in the U.S. that are diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), every day can be a struggle.
In 2013, adults with ADHD described to Psychology Today what's it like to live with this disorder — as one person described it as "moments of clarity along with lots of blur."
Recently, some adults opened up to the Whisper app about their experiences trying to do daily tasks with ADHD. By speaking out, they are changing the perception of the disorder.
The more the public can understand about this disorder, the more empathy there will be for people with ADHD.
