This Amazing Adele Parody Perfectly Gets At Your Healthy Eating Woes

"They say kale has antioxidants, but I'm anti-leafy greens."

Hit songs inspire loads of parodies, and Adele's "Hello" has been no exception. We can't get away from the song, and spoofs seem to be popping up left and right. Some may miss the mark, but we're happy to report we just discovered a new one that's actually very well done.

Husband and wife duo Dustin and Genevieve Ahkuoi changed the lyrics of the song to describe the very real struggles of starting a healthy diet and exercise routine. Their version, "Hella Cravings," gets to the heart of your eating clean and getting fit woes.

"Hella cravings for some fries," Genevieve belts out. "I did one push-up and I cried. And my glutes are shaking every time that I lunge. And this gluten free bread tastes just like a sponge."

Later, Dustin sings: "Hello, Crossfit fanatic. I know what you're gonna say. I'll get addicted once I'm at it. And I know you mean well, but if you shout at me just one more time I might commence to snapping."

To date, the video has nearly two million views on YouTube.

I am absolutely floored and humbled that the Adele "Hello" parody that Genevieve and I wrote together was shared on...
