Adele Sings Ellen's Voicemail To The Tune Of 'Hello' And It's Absolutely Epic

Someone get us Ellen's phone number.

Just days after her Grammys appearance, Adele sang "All I Ask" and "When We Were Young" on The Ellen Show and, obviously, her performances were nothing short of perfection.

But before she left, Ellen DeGeneres asked her for one special favor: to sing DeGeneres' voicemail to the tune and lyrics of Adele's hit, "Hello" — with a few minor tweaks.

The resulting song, which DeGeneres says she'll record and upload to her phone, hits all the best high notes and gives the emotional love song a whole new, practical meaning.

"Hello, it's me. I was wondering if, after all these years, you'd leave a message at the beep. Hello, can you hear me? I'm in California dreaming about the message that you'll leave. Hello, from Ellen."
