Before a film is released, the stars are typically required to do press junkets where they host a stream of interviewers from a number of publications for a few minutes at a time.
Questions about the film's plot, actor's favorite part, and preparation for the role are pretty standard at these events, but one journalist from UK Cosmo had something different in mind when she was interviewing Scarlett Johansson and Mark Ruffalo before the London premiere of Avengers: Age of Ultron.
The interviewer decided to ask Ruffalo only inane, vapid questions of the sort actresses usually have to field. The chronically-adorable actor was all too happy to oblige.
“Mark, what are you wearing on the red carpet this evening?”
“Do you have any special poses for the red carpet that you know are just going to be so flattering?
“Did you feel much pressure to slim down, get in shape, go on a diet, Mark?”
“Have you got any cleansing tips on removing the makeup?”
Johansson, who plays Black Widow, was finally given the opportunity to talk about her role a little more in depth, without any of the garbage Ruffalo just went through.
“You’re on bikes, you’re in tanks. How much of that stuff do you do yourself?”
“You’re back playing Natasha who is an incredible character to play. What’s your favorite thing about playing her?”
