If you have some spare change in your pocket, you might want to put in a downpayment for a house in Hollywood.
The 12.5k square foot estate, located at 9133 Oriole Way, West Hollywood, has five bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms — and, don't worry, only costs around $33 million to buy.
But almost more impressive than the actual house, is the real estate agencies' effort to sell it. Williams&Williams Estates and Ben Bacal's Rodeo Realty Fine Estates created a video ad for the house with the help of Tri-Blend Media Productions, and just the commercial alone cost around $40k.
The ad is appropriately set to Flo Rida's song "My House," and features the rooms of the luxurious home.
"Welcome to my house."
In the commercial, the lady of the house invites all her girlfriends over for a casual, good ole' fashioned pool party and day of wine-sipping.
According to the Zillow listing for 9133 Oriole Way, the furnished home comes complete with a wine cellar, gym, spa, home theater, "oversized subterranean garage to store exotic cars," fire pits, marble floors, an elevator, a sauna, a full outdoor kitchen and a "large grassy lawn."
Just wait till you see it...
And, of course, no luxurious home could be complete without a saltwater infinity pool...
... or unobstructed views of the Los Angeles skyline to the ocean and "everything in between."
The Zillow ad goes on: "Close the doors behind you to enter serenity; this is your own private island off the Sunset Strip, an entertainer's dream to host any one of your exclusive events."
But if reading the words aren't enough, check out the ridiculously opulent advertisement, showcasing the home.
